The HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by providing Federal contracting preferences to small businesses. These preferences go to small businesses that obtain HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) certification in part by employing staff who live in a HUBZone. The company must also maintain a "principal office" in one of these specially designated areas. **South LA based Oil Refinery required new inlet air ducting, silencing on FCC compressor

**Various Gas Compression pipeline stations from the Gulf of Mexico through Canada have reciprocating engines, gas turbines and compressors with 1950’s technologies on inlet air and silencing.

· Polymer/caustic flows through trough flow monitoring and overflow alarm (see website home page for sample photo).
· Chemical outfalls at plants – keep flow meters out of flow to avoid fouling and lightning strikes.
· EPA/DEQ onsite flow verifications and reporting solutions – calibrations at various plants throughout the Gulf South – regardless if open channel, culverts, closed pipe.
RECENTLY completed full certification of flows for outfalls at a local refinery in Southeast Louisiana as well as annual certification and reports on flow meters at a large paper mill facility in NW Louisiana.

**Offshore Allison Turbines – replacement / retrofit inlet air solutions and silencing – turn-key

Custom Designed Solutions included:

Offshore customer had (3) Allison Gas Turbines with little to NO filtration/moisture elimination present. Precision Air Liquid Solutions LLC in conjunction with AAF International made site visit to platform, designed proper size housings, guaranteed to 155mph wind loads, all stainless construction with special offshore electronics and filters (salt water resistant “HYDROVee”) with limited space. PRECISION/AAF provided competitive turn-key solutions in under (1) week, after equipment delivery.

The HydroVee is a high capacity, high efficiency filter for rotating machinery applications. Made with all plastic construction, the filter encloses special water and hydrocarbon resistant media. It includes a unique built-in latching system for easy installation.
